1) Account & Eligibility
You must have the legal capacity to contract or be authorized by your guardian. You are responsible for all activities under your account and for compliance and data security.

2) License & Restrictions
We grant a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license for legitimate use only. Prohibited: reverse engineering, security bypass, scraping/crawling at scale, unlawful or infringing content. Firmware/apps may run only on authorized hardware.

3) Device/Cloud Specific
Android terminals/ECR: subject to payment industry rules. Sound box: relies on platform callbacks/network; configure volume/content responsibly. Cloud printer: outcomes rely on network, queues, and third‑party APIs. You must lawfully collect/use logs, speech prompts, and transaction summaries with proper notices/consents.

4) Third‑party & Open‑source
Some features depend on third parties; they are responsible for their services. You must comply with OSS licenses.

5) Fees (if any)
Billed per order/contract; late payment may lead to suspension/termination. Delivered services/licenses are generally non‑refundable unless required by law or agreed otherwise.

6) IP Rights
Trademarks, copyrights, patents remain with Alited/licensors. Do not remove or obscure notices.

7) Data & Compliance
You act as controller; we may act as processor under a DPA. Ensure lawful basis and cross‑border compliance.

8) Disclaimer & Liability
Provided “as is”; to the extent permitted by law, no implied warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Aggregate liability limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
