2) License & Restrictions
\nWe grant a non\u2011exclusive, non\u2011transferable, revocable license for legitimate use only. Prohibited: reverse engineering, security bypass, scraping\/crawling at scale, unlawful or infringing content. Firmware\/apps may run only on authorized hardware.<\/p>\n
3) Device\/Cloud Specific
\nAndroid terminals\/ECR: subject to payment industry rules. Sound box: relies on platform callbacks\/network; configure volume\/content responsibly. Cloud printer: outcomes rely on network, queues, and third\u2011party APIs. You must lawfully collect\/use logs, speech prompts, and transaction summaries with proper notices\/consents.<\/p>\n
4) Third\u2011party & Open\u2011source
\nSome features depend on third parties; they are responsible for their services. You must comply with OSS licenses.<\/p>\n
5) Fees (if any)
\nBilled per order\/contract; late payment may lead to suspension\/termination. Delivered services\/licenses are generally non\u2011refundable unless required by law or agreed otherwise.<\/p>\n
6) IP Rights
\nTrademarks, copyrights, patents remain with Alited\/licensors. Do not remove or obscure notices.<\/p>\n
7) Data & Compliance
\nYou act as controller; we may act as processor under a DPA. Ensure lawful basis and cross\u2011border compliance.<\/p>\n
8) Disclaimer & Liability
\nProvided \u201cas is\u201d; to the extent permitted by law, no implied warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Aggregate liability limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.<\/p>\n
